Identification data: name, email, tax ID, license number, fiscal address, IBAN.
Professional data: dental services, clinics, delivery notes, invoices, expenses, mileage.
Job marketplace data: specialties, availability, work preferences.
Technical data: IP address, device type, session cookies.
User account management and service delivery.
Generation of delivery notes, invoices, and indicative tax calculations.
Operation of the job marketplace (connecting doctors and clinics).
Sending service-related communications (billing reminders, marketplace matches).
Contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): necessary to provide the service.
Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): invoice retention under Spanish tax law.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): service communications and platform security.
Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): job marketplace and match notification emails.
Supabase Inc. (database and authentication) — EU servers.
Stripe Inc. (payment processing) — EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.
Vercel Inc. (web hosting) — EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified.
Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery).
We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Some providers (Stripe, Vercel, Resend) may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Account data: for as long as the user maintains an active account.
Invoices: minimum 4 years (Spanish tax obligation, General Tax Law).
After account deletion: data is removed except where law requires retention.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict, and object to the processing of your data. You can exercise these rights by emailing info@dentalcolab.es.
You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Full account deletion: from the Subscription section you can download your data and request complete account removal.
We only use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions (Supabase Auth). We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
